Nope. The initial call and downloadable guide are completely free. There’s no pressure, and you won’t be locked into anything. It’s just a starting point to explore your options.

How do I know what my business is worth?

That’s part of the process. I provide a confidential, data-backed valuation that looks at your financials, industry trends, and key value drivers — so you can move forward with clarity

What if my business isn’t perfect or fully ready?

Not through me. Confidentiality is one of the most important parts of what I do. All buyers sign NDAs before they learn anything that could reveal your business identity.

I’ve worked across dozens of industries — from medical to marketing, home services to retail. While I’m based in California, I work with business owners throughout the U.S. on a case-by-case basis.
